Incarcerated Citizens vote

I participated with the registeration of those who were incarcerated at the Jackson County jail but had not been convicted. 70 incarcerated citizens voted absentee. Please keep informing those who may be in a similiar situation, or who may have served their sentence, is not on probation or parole, that they are eligible to register and vote. They do not need any special papers. They do need I. D. just like every body else.
