Community clean up project

Consolidated Social Work Services Volunteers will be assisting Brandon Ellington, Ms. E, and other members of Team Ellington April 30th, 9:00 am, at 3836 Chestnut, Kansas City, Missouri. This is an on going clean up movement, sponsored by Voices of the People, I am my Brothers keeper, Giving yourself Real Love (G.Y.R.L.), Operation promise Land, and other volunteers. The problem is, the neighborhoods have been allowed to deteriorate to the point of attracting violence, crime, and other negative behaviors. Mr. Ellington has put together teams to become a revolutionary (change) for positive change. The organizations and individuals participating with this movement are all volunteers, and we are pleased and happy to be asked by Brandon, Ms. E and other organizers to be a part of this movement. If you and/or someone you know would like to join in please feel free to do so. Bring your gloves, weed wackers, lawn mowers, paint, wood stain/walnut or pecan, and join us. Food will be served. Water, juice, etc. Hope to see you there. Together we can get er done. lol.
