You have the right to:

1. Remain silent. Don't start trying to explain anything.

2. Whatever you say can be used against you if charges are filed.

3. You have the right to an attorney, and you have the right to have that person present during questioning. At any time during an interview you can stop talking and request an attorney, you have the right to do so. All questioning must stop the moment you ask for an attorney.

4. Do not talk, answer questions or believe the police can make you a deal if you cooperate. The police cannot make deals. Bargening is done through the prosecutors office.
